{"id":37,"date":"2018-05-08T00:46:21","date_gmt":"2018-05-08T00:46:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/partnersinrehab.ca\/?page_id=37"},"modified":"2019-02-14T22:34:35","modified_gmt":"2019-02-15T03:34:35","slug":"history-partners-rehab","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.partnersinrehab.ca\/fr\/history-partners-rehab\/","title":{"rendered":"L\u2019histoire De Partners In Rehab"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><strong>1992<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Partners In Rehab a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 par Brian et Karen Pontello, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.partnersinrehab.ca\/fr\/occupational-therapy-services\/\">ergoth\u00e9rapeutes<\/a>dans le but de cr\u00e9er une entreprise de th\u00e9rapie multidisciplinaire pour r\u00e9pondre \naux besoins croissants de la communaut\u00e9 et de la th\u00e9rapie \u00e0 domicile.<\/p>\n<p>Les services ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fournis au <a href=\"https:\/\/www.partnersinrehab.ca\/fr\/adult-home-care-program\/\">Programme de soins \u00e0 domicile<\/a> pour inclure \u00e0 la fois les services pour adultes et les services en milieu scolaire.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>1993<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Expansion des services pour inclure la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.partnersinrehab.ca\/fr\/physiotherapy-services\/\">physioth\u00e9rapie<\/a><\/p>\n<h3><strong>1998<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La cr\u00e9ation des centres d'acc\u00e8s aux soins communautaires (CCAC) en 1996 a permis une expansion des services pour y inclure <a href=\"https:\/\/www.partnersinrehab.ca\/fr\/speech-language-pathology\/\">l'orthophonie.<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Partners In Rehab a r\u00e9pondu avec succ\u00e8s aux appels d'offres subs\u00e9quents lanc\u00e9s par les CCAC, ce qui nous a permis de d\u00e9velopper nos services de \nsoins \u00e0 domicile et en milieu communautaire ainsi que nos services de soutien \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 en milieu scolaire.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2000 to Present<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Poursuite de l'expansion dans le secteur de l'assurance automobile avec l'ajout des programmes suivants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Soins complexes \/ <a href=\"https:\/\/www.partnersinrehab.ca\/fr\/acquired-brain-injury-program\/\">R\u00e9habilitation des l\u00e9sions c\u00e9r\u00e9brales acquises<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.partnersinrehab.ca\/fr\/case-management-life-care-planning\/\">Gestion de cas<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.partnersinrehab.ca\/fr\/vocational-rehabilitation-program\/\">R\u00e9adaptation professionnelle<\/a><\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9adaptation \/ personnel de soutien communautaire<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.partnersinrehab.ca\/fr\/life-care-planning-services\/\">Planification des soins de sant\u00e9<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>2003<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L'accr\u00e9ditation a \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenue aupr\u00e8s d'Agr\u00e9ment Canada en 2003 et Partners In Rehab a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 maintenir celle-ci. En 2015, Partners In Rehab a obtenu l'accr\u00e9ditation avec un statut exemplaire.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2014<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>D\u00e9m\u00e9nagement dans un nouvel emplacement permettant une plus grande expansion avec l'ouverture d'une nouvelle clinique de\u00a0<strong>physioth\u00e9rapie<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>pour les patients externes.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Partners In Rehab accepte toutes les recommandations, y compris celles de l'assurance maladie, de l'assurance automobile, de la CSPAAT et les paiements priv\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2016<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Partners In Rehab est un fournisseur enregistr\u00e9 de\u00a0<strong>Shift Concussion Management.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Partners In Rehab a \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9 comme\u00a0<strong>centre d'\u00e9valuation fonctionnelle des conducteurs\u00a0<\/strong>par le minist\u00e8re des Transports.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1992 Partners In Rehab was established by occupational therapists, Brian and Karen Pontello with a vision to create a multi-discipline therapy company to meet the increased demands of community and in home therapy needs.
